· Individual hotel room reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.
· For group reservations (reservations consisting of 8 hotel rooms or more), the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry apply.
· Non-refundable and early bird reservations cannot be cancelled free of charge.
Until when can I cancel my reservation free of charge?
Only reservations made directly through us can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Reservations made through other booking platforms must be cancelled through the respective platform.
